Boost Your Immune System with These Super Easy Daily Shots!
Ingredients:
3 lemons
2 limes
2 red apples
3 oranges
2 roots of ginger
1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
Pinch (or more) of cayenne pepper
Method:
Blend or juice all the fruits and ginger together.
If using a blender, strain the mixture to remove pulp.
Add cayenne pepper and honey (if desired), then mix well.
Pour into 100ml glass jars, one for each day of the week. This recipe should make around 700ml, depending on the size of your fruits.
Adjust the fruit quantities to your liking if needed.
