Every choice you make, no matter how small, contributes to the direction you’re heading in life. Each day, you’re either moving closer to your goals—or further away from them.

So, what does a 1% change look like?

  • Sleep: Get just a few minutes more rest each night.

  • Diet: Swap a small portion of carbs for more protein.

  • Mindset: Read for just 1% of your day (that’s about 15 minutes).

  • Health: Cut back on one unhealthy snack, or eat half the cookie instead of the whole thing.

Once this 1% becomes a habit, you can add another 1%—and another. Before you know it, those small changes compound, transforming your entire life.
